Service Terms

By booking our services, you agree to provide accurate information about your appliance issue and allow our technician access to perform the repair.

Pricing

We charge a visiting/inspection fee of ₹199-500 depending on the appliance type. This fee is adjustable against the repair cost if you proceed with repair.

Warranty

All repairs come with 90 days service warranty. Warranty covers the same issue only and does not cover physical damage or new problems.

Spare Parts

We use genuine spare parts. Any replaced parts warranty is as per manufacturer policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel a booking anytime before the technician arrives. No cancellation fee is charged.
